Vintage Lineman's Rotary Dial Set, Butt Set, Black Test Set, Western Electric ?

Description

Used Lineman's rotary test set in untested condition. There is no maker marking on the exterior hard plastic. Sometimes there was a label in the rotary dial portion, but that is not there. I Think it's a Western Electric, but I can't say for sure. It's mostly in good decent condition except for the exterior plastic area around the dial portion. There are a few small cracks and bruises there. The dial is metal and not plastic and the numbers and letters appear to be in really good shape. The cord and clips are in decent shape as well. I'm selling for parts or rebuild, but the dial set may work, don't know.
