Vintage Bell Systems Western Electric Lineman's Blue Rotary Handset Phone Tester

Western Electric lineman’s phone in good used condition. Rotary dial works freely. External wiring and alligator clips are in nice condition. I have not verified it works. Body has its share of scratches and signs of use. Has the initials RSC lightly scratched onto the body below the dial.
