The Pond Guy Activated Carbon pond water clarifier safely clears tea-colored pond water. It is very effective at removing dissolved organics from pond water such as stains and discoloration caused by leaves and organic debris. Activated Carbon filter media is also great at removing harmful chlorine and chloramines caused by tap water. Typically 4-6 lbs will treat 1000 gallons for 2-3 months. One fine mesh bag is included with nine pounds of pond activated carbon filter media. Use 1-2 fine mesh bags per 9 lbs.
