    Featuring Herbert L. Flint and his then-wife, "the hypnotic sunbeam," this 12 page program for the Grand Opera House in Topeka, Kansas includes a list of their on-stage "special scenes."

    This copy has some minor wear to covers, and what appears to be oxidation round the staple. Nice shape for a very old and rare item.
