Rare Old Marx Happi Time Sears Allstate Tin Toy 4 Level Service Station Playset

This auction is for a rare Sears Allstate 4 level service station playset made by Marx.  It is set number 5946 and comes with the original box, instructions, all the major pieces, and most of the smaller pieces too.  It is in near mint condition, it looks like it was only played with a few times, I looked over the little metal tabs and didn't see any that were broken off.   Going over the instruction sheet I was able to determine that almost everything is here, in fact the only thing I can tell is missing is the grease rack assembly, 1 of the tiny brass fasteners(the instructions say there should be 8 and there are 7) and 2 of the plastic tubular supports (the instructions say there should be 3 and there is only 1).  The other small parts like the cars, pumps, street lights, people, and even smaller parts like the tools and such== I really don't have any way to know what should be included because the instructions don't list them.  But I would say that 95% to 99% of these tiny parts are here too, there are a bunch of them and many are still attached to the plastic runner like they came new.  There are 10 little cars and does include 1 that is a take-a-part car and 1 that has the water feature and gas tank.  The little battery powered motor that would operate the elevator is not working, but is included and still in the original box.  The original box show wear and has tears in the sides where some excited little boy probably opened it roughly on Christmas morning.  There are some of the cardboard separation pieces inside too.  Winning bidder to pay .00 for shipping.
