down the front, on the sleeves, and on the shoulders.
This is NOT a cheap costume.
I purchased this while I lived in Germany in the late 80's.
(I spent more for it than my wedding gown.)
It is beautiful.
Very good to excellent condition.
It has been worn twice.
There are no stains or tears.
It is a German size 38,
which according to a conversion chart is a size 8, but it is a small 8 - more like a size 6.
It measures 17 1/2 inches from armpit to armpit,
16 inches from shoulder to waist,
and the skirt is 31 inches long.
