, by Nell Cameron, wife and assistant to magician Mal Cameron.  Chapters include:

2-To the Would Be Assistant, suggestion what you need to do grow as an efficient assistant.
3-Showtime, which applies to the small magic act with one assistant.
4-On Stage, now ready to perform, duties and requirements
5-Stage dress, costuming and care of such
6-Make-up, what to use, and how to apply it.
7-A few notes on the Big Show.
Cameron did touring shows in the 1930s.  In
1937 Nell accompanied her husband on a Southern Tour, entertaining at many famous resort hotels.
Their double act created a regular demand among managers of both summer and winter resorts, and their first tours were quite successful.
. In the 1940s, Mai worked as an electrician at the Quincy Shipyards and took club bookings on the side.
In the 1940s and later, he was based in Boston, doing the two person act with Nell.  He also presented a spook show in the late 40s and 50s.
