around bottom hem 44"
has slits on left side with 4 buttons
1 button on back of waist with 8.5" zipper
4 belt loops, sides has elastic that stretches a little bit
Jacket:
underarm around 44"
across shoulder 19", has padded shoulders
length from back of neck to hem 28.5"
underarm to hem 18"
sleeves are 23.5" from top of shoulder to cuff, cuff has 2 silver tone buttons
5 buttons down front: 3 are silver tone made to look like old coins, other 2 are like faux antler buttons
