Description

KENT MARINE TURBO-STRONTIUM provides strontium for lush growth of purple, pink and green calcareous algae, snails, hard tube worms and clams. Strontium is very similar to calcium as invertebrates use it to form skeletal structures. Coral traditionally respond by staying open longer and as it aids tissue adhesion to skeleton.
Directions:
In a separate clean container prepare a 10% dissolved solution. Do this by mixing 5 tsp of
KENT Marine Turbo-Strontium
with 8 oz of reverse osmosis water. From this solution, add 2 ml (½ tsp) per 50 gallons of aquarium water each week. Multiple doses throughout the week are more beneficial – i.e. to add daily, determine the weekly dosing amount and divide by seven.
Overdosing may result in strontium compound precipitation and can deplete system alkalinity. This can endanger a stable pH, and pH may fall. Use
