Published by T.B. Peterson and Brothers of Philadelphia in 1859.

This book comes from the archives of the Houdini Magical Hall of Fame in Niagara Falls, Canada. The ownership of the book went from Houdini to Joseph Dunninger. Henry Muller, owner of the Houdini Magical Hall of Fame in Niagara Falls, Canada, bought it from Dunninger in 1967 along with Houdini's paraphernalia. The book is now the property of the Henry Muller Estate.
