Condition: Overall the book is in VG+ and bordering on NF condition. The binding is bright and no fading is noted with sharp lettering remains. Mild corner bumping excluding one upper corner which is more pronounced, fabric on the head and foot has some wear and small fabric wrinkle front board (as pictured). The interior is clean except a penciled price on the ffep, a some darkened square on the front pastedown and ffep, a small smudge over the picture of Houdini, and light dusting over page ends, otherwise unremarkable. The book is square without any tilting and no cracking noted in the binding and is stored in smoke-free home. Overall a highly collectible copy.
