We have been contracted to Liquidate Cable and Telecom Test Equipment for a Company that closed due to the Owners Retirement. Many of the items we have for sale look to be in Unused or Barely Used Condition and we have provided ACTUAL PHOTOS of each item. Some items have Manuals, and some are in their Original Sealed Boxes. Everything shown in the Photos will be included. We welcome your questions if you need additional information and are happy to assist you with your buying decision.
We have no knowledge of how these items work so all items are being sold in "USED AS-IS, UNTESTED CONDITION NO RETURNS" even if they are New in their Sealed Boxes. We understand that some items may need their Batteries Replaced or a Calibration Update but we have not checked either as we don't have the facilities to complete these tasks.
If you are unable to complete these tasks, please do not order it.
Item may have minor cosmetic imperfections that doesn't affect its performance in any way. Items are in Cleaned Condition.

The combined Shipping and Handling charge enables us to ensure that your purchase is delivered to you in a timely manner. We use a Professional Packing Center to package all purchases and the listed costs include their Shipping and Handling Costs, Boxes, and Packaging Supply cost we incur in addition to any incidental costs related to your shipment
We reserve the right to ship either with various carriers based on the weight and type of item purchased. A tracking number is sent to you directly UPS and USPS sends out a Delivery Confirmation notice to your registered e-mail address. Please make sure your junk mail settings are set to allow these notifications to reach you
For your protection, a Signature will be required for all orders.
Shipping discounts are not offered fro multiple purchases, as the majority of sale items are sent to the Order Fulfillment Center for pre-packaging right after being listed
Walk-In pickups are not allowed at this time as the Fulfillment Center is not set-up to provide local pickup
We maintain one of the fastest shipping policies on eBay and in the majority of cases orders are shipped out within 12-48 hours after payment has been received and cleared. As couriers do not deliver to P.O. boxes please ensure we are provided your correct physical address and phone number. Orders shipped by USPS will incur a higher cost of shipping as their services are more expensive. Unless specified in the auction, UPS is the preferred shipper and the cost of shipping shown is for addresses the lower 48 states only. A surcharge for Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico addresses may be required
Insurance in every auction is highly recommended as we are not responsible for the loss or damage of an item once UPS or USPS has taken possession of the item. In the event of loss or damage we will assist the buyer in the filing of a claim in which insurance was purchased and forward the refund once the claim is paid by the carrier. Please take photos and retain the original shipping box and packing materials in case the shippers require them. Courier claims usually are settled within 7-30 days but a USPS claim can take 60 days or longer to complete. Just one of the reasons that couriers are our preferred choice of carrier
It is the responsibility of the purchaser to thoroughly check their purchase upon receipt of the goods and to notify us within 24 hours of any damage. Claims will not be accepted beyond that time period and returns will be refused without an RMA number clearly displayed on the case. Returns for any reason beyond a defective unit will incur a 25% restocking charge.
