Hannah Nitrate High Range Checker | Screen Issues

This was a defective checker I received. The screen does turn on, but it has this big black blob as seen in the second photo.
If you know how to fix the screen or read the results despite the screen issue this might be for you!
Comes with everything but the reagents.
