Problems and E-Bay Feedback
- I try hard to get all order out no later then the next work day and send well made products. Order before 9:00 AM pacific time. I sometimes can get it out the same day. Office is closed most Sat., Sun. and Holidays. If you should receive item damaged by shipper, defective or I goofed and sent the wrong item. Please do not leave me a negative feedback or log a complaint with E-Bay or PayPal. It cost me extra money. Please contact me first so I can correct problem. I have great feedback and work hard to take care of my customers. The only negative feedback I have received is from people that failed to contact me first to correct the problem. As far as feedback. I have tried giving positive feedback up front, but only about 40% take the time out there give it back, so I will only give feedback to those who take the time to let me know that you received your product and they are happy by leaving me feedback.
