Description
Made in Canada, Fluval Test Kits accurately measure water parameters to help you maintain a balanced and healthy environment for your fish and plant life. It's important to always test your source water as it may contain pollutants hazardous to your aquarium.
Nitrite develops when beneficial nitrifying bacteria break down ammonia. This becomes extremely toxic to fish when high levels of nitrite persist in the aquarium for more than a week. Newly established aquariums are prone to higher longer lasting levels of nitrite. Densely populated aquariums with marginal filtration will exhibit persistent nitrite levels, improved filtration, proper maintenance and regular testing for nitrite is recommended. Test weekly to ensure nitrite is detected.

Shipping
We offer free shipping within the United States. We can also ship your order overseas for an additional shipping fee.
Orders placed Monday thru Friday before 2pm MST (excluding holidays) will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2pm MST will be shipped the following business day.
Returns
We take great pride in the quality of our merchandise. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of receiving the order.
Please note that items must be in original, new condition to receive a full refund of the merchandise cost. Items that show signs of use or wear may be subject to a restocking fee.
