    Gold.  A commemorative postage stamp issue of the Government and
    the Postal Service of the Commonwealth of Dominica, honoring
    the 75th Anniversary of Powered Flight.
    The series contains 33 gold foil stamps of legal tender and
    comes in a black leatherette binder.
    The edition is limited to 35,000 sets worldwide of which 4,000
    were allotted to Canada.  This set is #C-3133.
