Dirndl Girl NEW German Austrian Dress + Apron 4 years

Shipping seems to be getting back to normal,

German size 104. (height of child in cm).
According to conversion charts, should be US size 4 years,  please compare measurements.
There are no tags, as a lovely German lady sews these,  (not me)
with alot of attention and expertise to detail !! Which also makes them unique.
