Dirndl Baby German Bavarian Toddlers Dress 1.5 years

Shipping seems to be getting back to normal,
but there may still be some delays.
German size 86.  (height of child in cm).
According to conversion charts, should be US size 18 months,  please compare measurements.
Maybe fine up to 2 years.
Cute Beige/brown dress from Landhaus, the brown top is of brushed polyester,
the beige skirt part is a viscose/linen/poly blend, the dress is
fully lined, closes on rear zip and has a rear waist tie.
I have included a stretchy shirt with puffy sleeves with heart
embroidery, the sleeves seem a bit longe, but there is elastic at the wrists
so can be pulled up a bit.
Also including the new lacy dirndl socks, 1-2 years.
Length=20"   Underarm flat across=11.5  inches.
