Dechlor + K, 16oz pump bottle
Sodium thiosulfate and potassium sulfate solution for planted aquariums. Use to de-chlorinate tap water and provide additional potassium fertilizer for live plants.
Makes tap water safe for livestock by neutralizing chlorine and heavy metals while supplementing macronutrient K potassium.
Water changes:
- Dose 2 pumps per 5 gallons of new water before water changes.

(95mg dissolved K2SO4) (19mg dissolved Na2S2O3)
1 pump per 2.5 gal raises K2SO4 by 10.0 ppm
1 pumps per 2.5 gal amply neutralizes chlorine
Ample, and even excess (K) potassium levels can reduce potential for algae growth by allowing plants to more quickly absorb other nutrients like (N) nitrate and (P) phosphate. (K) potassium is quickly absorbed by plants, unlikely to be overdosed, and should never be the limiting factor for plant growth. Sodium Thiosulfate effectively neutralizes chlorine.
