This package contains about 2,000 pieces of 1.5 inch diameter Bioballs, roughly 2.7 cubic feet.
Lighter and more efficient than other filter media.
Can be used in ponds, including koi ponds, aquariums, hatcheries, tropical fish farms, waste water systems, cooling towers and additional commercial and industrial systems.
These high quality, Green Vista Bioballs do not have to be replaced!
Comes with Beneficial Bacteria jump start for bio filters. The beneficial bacteria work with the Bioballs to filter and clean water features.

Green Vista Jumbo 1 1/2 Inch Diameter Bio Balls are 72 percent larger than the common 1 1/4 inch size! Jumbo Bioballs biological filter media provide a very large surface area for bacteria to form colonies. The result raises the dissolved oxygen level in the waterscape and filters or cleans the water as the Bioballs join with organic waste. These Bioballs are a better bio media choice than lava rocks, as they are much lighter and more efficient. This package contains about 2000 pieces of 1 1/2 inch diameter Bioballs, or about 2.7 cubic feet.
The included Hydro-Bugs Beneficial Bacteria jump starts the bio filtration process! It is provided free with this package of Bioballs.
