This console is handcrafted from GRP,
"Made in Germany"
, and will be replaced with an exact fit against the series console. There is no more space for the ashtray, it is completely eliminated.
Due to the large cutout with the round corners, this console looks very harmonious and fits better into the design of the Audi TT than the conventional, rectangular double din versions.
The radio is recessed, the frame of the radio is flush with the console, resulting in a visually perfect overall impression.
Like the original, the console is screwed to the two aluminum triangles with 2 screws each. The plastic holder housing in the vehicle is removed. The console itself can be installed without reworking.
The climate control unit and the radio are screwed directly into the console with 4 screws each. This means that no complex holder constructions are necessary on the vehicle.
A standard double din Navi / Mediaceiver is installed with a "VW Golf 5 DOUBLE din installation frame" (available as an accessory).
There are 3 versions available, each covered with high-quality synthetic leather in black, gray or blue. Please indicate your color preference after the auction.
The console is also available for manual heating control.
